Refund policy
Our Return, Exchange & Refund policy lasts 30 days.
A return or exchange must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange.
Returns:
You have 30 days from your purchase to request a Return label via email at Returns@icowhide.com.au Please send an email with your order number or the email address used at checkout to request a return label. Once the return request has been submitted, A return shipping label will be sent via email attachment and the returned item must be shipped within 4 days of receiving the label.
If the item being returned is not shipped within 4 days, the returned label will be voided and we will not be able to accept your return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be sent back in the original packaging.
Exchanges:
Because of the one-of-a-kind nature of our products, we are not able to offer exchanges. However, If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund and purchase another one. For more information about returns, please read the above "Returns" section.
Refunds: (if applicable)
Once a return is received it will go through an inspection process to determine refund eligibility.
The inspection process can take anywhere from 2 to 3 business days after receiving the package.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds: (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
